Throughout his professional experience, working at a number of leading global professional firms; Waleed has acquired notable experience in corporate governance, financial restructuring, insolvency, auditing, risk management, compliance, financial & management consultancy. As well as serving a leading Oil & Gas company as their Chief Audit Executive.
Prior to establishing WYZ CPA, Waleed worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”), where he was involved in various industries; such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, construction, social media, trading and retail, gaining extensive knowledge in all. His experience includes auditing public and private companies in Saudi Arabia and overseas. He is proficient in the reporting rules and regulations and auditing issues of the public companies. He managed professional services provided to Saudi Aramco, its joint ventures and subsidiaries, along with overseeing professional services for small and medium enterprises in various industries.
Waleed is currently the officeholder of a leading construction company, performing his expertise in turnarounds and restructuring, setting up committees, internal audit and financial functioning.
Waleed is a Certified Public Accountant in Saudi Arabia and the US. He is insolvency practitioner in Saudi Arabia. He holds master’s degree in Professional Accountancy from University of Wisconsin, USA.
Mostafa is a skilled accounting professional with over 15 years of experience in assurance services with a number of primary firms. He has strong understanding of all aspects of accounting and financial statements. He has worked with a variety of clients ranging from large, public companies to small, private operations providing audit and assurance services.
Mostafa was part of the assurance team in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Saudi Arabia and Deloitte Egypt, where he has a proven track record of performing work in an ethical manner while consistently maintaining the integrity of all financial data. He is recognized for his solid relationship-building skills and effective collaboration with management, coworkers, vendors and clients.
Mostafa is highly skilled in the delivery of external audits, internal control reviews, and compliance services to clients in a variety of industries, including drilling services, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, telecom, media and retail.
Mostafa is a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA) and is associated member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant. He holds a B.Sc. degree from Faculty of Commerce from Egypt.
Osama has over a decade of substantial experience in financial services, he has gained significant skills while working at TAG Global, in addition to other major companies in the region, where he was providing adequate advisory services.
Osama is a result-oriented AM, leading the Tax & Zakat department at WYZ. With broad and diversified experience in processing tax & Zakat. he has been adept at finding legitimate deductions, providing tax advisory to a vast range of clientele, which included manufacturing, real estate, NGOs, utilities and hospitality services.
Osama has served plenty of upstream manufacturing sector clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has worked with several global and local insurance companies, hotels, banks and organizations.
Taimoor is a supervisor at WYZ’s audit & assurance department. Nearing his 10 years of remarkable experience in the relevant field, optimized at Ernst & Young in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Taimoor has a diversified experience in providing audit and assurance services to different sectors of the industry and is well versed in financial accounting and auditing standards. He has been actively involved in various projects of conversion from SOCPA to IFRS including first time adoptions of IFRS, Impact assessments and consultancy and advisory related services.
Taimoor is a qualified chartered accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and also holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce.
